Try this one simple shift.
Slow down… even just a little.
I used to rush through everything.
Work. Meals. Conversations. Even the “special moments.”
Funny thing is… when you rush through life, your body still thinks it’s in survival mode. So even good moments feel stressful.
Now I remind myself to pause.
Take a breath. Look around. Notice something good.
Turns out peace isn’t something you chase.
Sometimes it’s just something you slow down enough to notice.
