YouTube Content Related

I'm creating self improvement content. Basically I want to help my younger self going from where he's struggling to where he want to be. I really struggle with getting views. People said you have to creat good thumbnail and title. But I want to be authentic. I don't edit my video. No pause, backsound, color grading. What's your opinion ? I want to attract high quality fans which want to buy my product later. I don't want to attract this low attention span audience.
