I gained 3kg in 5 weeks, and most of it looks like muscle (whilst training 30 mins/day)
No crazy bulk, no overthinking
Just one simple shift
The funny thing is…
I used to think I had to choose between business or fitness
I’m a student
I run a business
I play a sport on the side
And I’ve always had a fast metabolism
So I tried to just eat more
Didn’t work at all
I wasn’t gaining anything — just feeling bloated
Then I made one change:
I started tracking what I eat
Not obsessively, just with intention
I made a proper plan
Tracked my weight
Kept meals simple and consistent
Included way more proteins than before
And after a week? Progress
After 5? +3kg muscle
While still working, studying, and training
Here’s the point:
You don’t need to sacrifice one thing for the other
You just need to eat in line with your goals
This is how you build muscle
Even with a full schedule
Set the goal → fuel it properly
