Inviting People To My Facebook Group

How do I appropriately invite people from other Facebook groups to come check out my group?

I have a Facebook group about gut health and exercise. A lot of the Facebook groups in that space don’t allow anyone to self promote. Does anyone know the correct way to approach the people in other groups to ask them to go over and check out my group?

I’m willing to put in the work, I just don’t know the detailed way to do it.

My strategy is to get people to my Facebook group and then bring them from there into my free Skool group.

I have a YouTube channel that I’ve been creating content about gut health on for two weeks now and I have eight videos so far. I have been sharing those too my Facebook group for gut health and a few different groups in Skool
