a shout out. Ted connected me with Benny who showed a simple process to kick start the monetization of my page and how to properly use a group funnel.

I use Referral Land (free page) as a hook & funnel for Starke Academy. I charge $379USD a month for Starke Academy, which is pretty sweet because I live in Canada.

I give EXTREME value to realtors with strategies & templates and provide them a space where they can send each other referrals since it’s so easy to search anything on Skool. For example, if you’re an Alabama agent & and you need someone in British Columbia, Canada, now you have a way to find, vet, and connect with them! Believe it or not, this didn’t exist in our industry before!

I’ve had Referral Land going since Nov 30 and literally have had Starke Academy going since Monday.
