When does the weekly email broadcasting limit reset for admins?

When does the weekly email broadcast limit reset for admins? After every 7 days or on a certain day of the week?

I've been using the email broadcast feature on posts I make on Fridays, however, for this week I know it is more important that I send an email broadcast post next Monday.

So if I send an email broadcast this Friday (October 13), can I send another email broadcast on Monday (October 16)?
