It that a way to charge a flat our fee instead of subscription?

I have a course i want to sell but for my target audience and the type of course it is, i need to charge a flat out fee. 🧐

Or would i have to do this via a separate landing page, then when they purchase they get sent the private link?

If so, can that person then send a private link to some one else without paying? Thanks!
