Availability to change the email subject, pre-header, and who is it coming from.
I believe that, by being able to change the email subject, pre-header, and sender, more people will open our emails and take action. On desktop, the email subject is more visible and easy to see; however, on mobile devices, it can be difficult to see what the subject of the email is.
