AUTOMATE REMINDER MESSAGE ON SKOOL

I am looking to automate a message tailored to specific members in my community. I will add a link post to a Google sheet where their name will already be populated. They will then write a certain commitment for that week. I then want to automate a reminder to them mid-week via Skool.

Is this possible using Zapier? If so would love some help or another work around.

I have attached a Screenshot of the Zapier options I can find.
