Wow ok. There's so much to say about how i do this but ill try to make it REALLY SHORT.
(I always digest little bits of info MUCH better then big clumps at once)
And we are Rank #281 on all of Skool as of now. (still dropping)
Heres the top 9 things i am currently doing:
- Ok first I am AT LEAST posting twice daily
- I do NOT have time to answer it all, so I brought on and trained 2 community managers
- I am CONSTANTLY running giveaways and publicly declaring the winner
- I run twice weekly masterminds, record em, and upload them as a post pinned to a module
- IMPORTANT events are always posts pinned to modules. No better way to house content.
- In masterminds i encourage everyone to crowd source opinions
- Masterminds have everyone with filters and silly shit
- I OFTEN pin cool posts that community members make that stand out to me.
- Everything includes polls. Everyone wants to share their opinion. Let them.
Do half of these and youll see MAJOR results in 1 week
Just a heads up, after the Skool games, i WILL have to practice more delegation.
