I am a commercial real estate owner, investor and operator with nearly two decades of hands-on experience working specifically for family offices and private equity funds. My journey in real estate started in college when I was a groundskeeper at a large commercial property; literally sweeping floors and mowing the lawn. From there I've continuously increased my exposure in the industry and have since been involved in over $400M of commercial acquisitions and financings, negotiated over 200 commercial leases, managed over 2M SF of office, retail and industrial property, performed asset management for over $1B worth of real estate and made plenty of mistakes along the way! My goal is to provide simple, helpful tips and insights to those looking to get involved in commercial real estate, deepen their knowledge-base, or want an un-biased sounding board to discuss deals with.
