(I admittedly still haven't finished it because it's A LOT to digest 😂... I've been reading it section by section.) I came across this passage today about the breath... 💨 📚 "The breath is what connects the body to the non-physical realm. It is what keeps the body animated with consciousness. It is not studied by your scientists at this time in this way though it has been deeply studied by your mystics. There are ways and means of breathing to achieve specific results if so desired. Intention is always the captain of any ship, and breathing with intention means that you can navigate to new land, if you so choose."
