I'm so happy to have somewhere to say this and know that will be fully recieved and understood. I am STRUGGLIN'. Yesterday was TOUGH and I'm just spent today. My husband is really stressed out. He's had a really long week at work with a bunch of overtime because their department is moving accross the facility in addition to their regular workload. I was having already having an off day. I have been really focusing on spiritual work and making good progress, so a dip totally makes sense, but I did not set the proper energetic boundaries and I was just sponging up all of his stress and frustration. Instead of being aware of where all of this is coming from, I was overwhelmed by it. It was the first time that I really experienced awareness of the integration, but I did not handle it gracefully. I was wondering, for those of us who have their own practice or who have branched out on their own, what was your biggest internal obstacle in your mind to making the break/shift from what you were doing before to a more spiritually-based career?

This morning I found a small stone on my back steps. Right in the middle of the stair. I think I know who it is from but thought it would be fun to see how all of us who tune in, for those that want to participate. Here is the picture
