I was sore so yesterday I hit the bag and ran half a mile instead of class. What drills do you do when you hit the bag I was doing a simple one-two liver shot and adding a new move every other combo (ex.1-2-liver shot, 1-2-liver shot-elbow, 1-2-liver shot, 1-2-liver shot-knee) I just wanna know how I can diversify my bag work im having a little trouble adding kicks in to the mix if you guys can give me some advice I’d appreciate it
