Ok so I tried making them again today with the oven thermometer and let my oven bake for like half an hour before putting them in and this is what I got. No more hallow shells but I still don’t understand how to work my oven. I tried to bake them at 180F they browned too much but they taste good and everything is good. I turned down to 175f for the next batch it’s sticky and too moist. I just don’t get it. Oh and I also air dried them because when I used to put them in the oven to dry they would crack and wouldn’t turn out and would be hallow. This time they look so much better. Not sure why I can’t oven dry them.
