Hallow macarons
Ok so I lowered the oven temp to 280F and they didn’t crack but still the bottom was brown and they are hallow. Going to try to lower to 270F this time

New batch
Ok so I tried making them again today with the oven thermometer and let my oven bake for like half an hour before putting them in and this is what I got. No more hallow shells but I still don’t understand how to work my oven. I tried to bake them at 180F they browned too much but they taste good and everything is good. I turned down to 175f for the next batch it’s sticky and too moist. I just don’t get it. Oh and I also air dried them because when I used to put them in the oven to dry they would crack and wouldn’t turn out and would be hallow. This time they look so much better. Not sure why I can’t oven dry them.

Oven problem
Please help. This is what I got and I feel like I did everything right on the recipe. I baked them at 140C which is 284F what’s wrong 😩😩😩im feeling so down now. I’ve been trying to make them for three days now. But this is my first time trying this recipe. And I think the recipe is fine it’s the oven
