Hi !!! Im going to my friends 30th birthday party tomorrow and there will be around 50 people. As a gift im going to make macarons for her. I want to do raspberry and rafaello(coconut) ones. For the rafaello I kind of figured out the recipe but for the raspberry one no. I want to do like a white cream on outside and on the very inside raspberry puree or sauce not sure how to say it.
