Summits and Bundles on Skool

Has anyone ever run a summit or bundle on Skool?

I'd love your insights how you did this?

I am picturing I would have a bunch of speakers for my summit. We would have pre-recorded sessions and/or LIVE sessions. Each speaker could have their own folder in the classroom with their recorded or date of live session, slides/handouts, freebie link to their landing page, bio, pictures, etc.

The summit could be paid, and all speakers can share their affiliate link to their email list.

We could have VIP offers, unlocked for additional payment.

And summit subscribers could have lifetime access to the content, even after the summit has completed and the community goes into dormancy.

What am I missing? What other considerations should I think about?
