Affiliates commission question for membership

Hi! What would you all consider a good commission for promoting someone’s membership ?

I have a $49 month membership that sells high end Squarespace templates, white label Squarespace training portal, SM plr posts and tons of training and Skool Community.

I want to start my affiliate program so I’m thinking either 15 or 20% recurring commission monthly

What do you all think ?
