🎉 Welcome to the Coliving Investing Community! 🏡
Hey everyone — I’m so excited you’re here! I started this community because I saw a real need for a space where investors, landlords, and entrepreneurs could learn how to maximize rental income through coliving, room rentals, and shared housing models — while also solving the affordable housing crisis in a sustainable way. Whether you're: - Just getting started with real estate investing - Already managing your first rent-by-the-room property - Or scaling a full-on coliving rental portfolio …you’re in the right place. This is a no-fluff, supportive space where we’ll share: ✅ Real-world experiences ✅ Systems that work ✅ Resources to help you grow faster ✅ And lessons learned (yes — including the mistakes!) 👇 Drop a comment and introduce yourself! Tell us: 1. Where you’re located 2. What stage you’re at with coliving or room rentals 3. What your biggest goal is right now Let’s build smarter and grow together 💪
Happy 🧡🦃 Thanksgiving Coliving Investing Community!!!
Rest, eat great food, and enjoy spending quality time with your family and friends!

Different Types of Room Renters
One thing you quickly learn in the room rental business is that every tenant type comes with its own pros and cons. Working-Class Professionals – Reliable tenants with steady income and predictable routines. They value affordability and convenient locations. Traveling Nurses and Medical Staff – Short-term, high-paying renters who prefer furnished, quiet spaces near hospitals and flexible lease options. Elderly Tenants – Consistent and peaceful tenants who appreciate affordable rent and accessible features like single-level homes or grab bars. Formerly Incarcerated Tenants – Often overlooked but grateful for second chances. With structure and clear rules, they can become loyal long-term renters. Registered Sex Offenders – A specialized group with limited housing options. Only consider if your property meets all legal requirements and you’re prepared to manage carefully. Transitioning Tenants (Divorcees, Job Relocators, Students) – Usually short-term but low-maintenance if move-in is simple and communication is clear. The key isn’t finding perfect tenants—it’s matching the right tenant type to your business brand. Which group do you prefer to serve?
