Finally introducing myself

I AM Kurt Ramos. I live in Orlando, Florida, USA with my family. I was attracted to this community just before I turned 29 (back on November 7th), because my life's mission -- at least since I interviewed the band "Geese" on May 13, 2024 -- has been to figure out how we can each raise the collective consciousness. It took just under a year and a half to find that

have already figured that out -- with just the power of our breath!

I have achieved some cool accomplishments that have been noteworthy on my unconventional journey, such as co-found the largest YDSA chapter in the USA during the pandemic, earn my Master's degree last Fall w/o having to do a thesis, and put together some local benefit concerts which have raised 4-figure thousands of dollars. But I am here (and more frequently, improving my breath on the Coherence app) because I possess a CNS that has slowly burnt out throughout the 2020s. I've spent 2025 breaking the old pieces of me which have both broken me and have clung onto my psyche, like barnacles on a pier. As if having to navigate life with mild autism, ADHD, OCD tendencies, and GAD weren't enough...I have also been getting to the root of my restlessness (not getting enough sleep, as well as dissatisfaction with where I'm at in my life). As of today, I'm also officially unemployed!

I am so fortunate and grateful that this community exists, and that each and every one of you are here. For the more serious mental and traumatic stuff, I've been so fortunate to have insurance-supported professional therapy, to attack and overcome that serious stuff. With 2026 coming so soon, I truly look forward to having a better year ahead -- one with the newest beginning yet! My 2026 is one filled with abundance, my purpose more fully defined, my prayers answered, and my potential realized!
