Over the last 12+ months I've dove deep into the alternative health, energy, spirituality, and lifestyle design space.
Then I moved into my campervan and have lived in it for more than a month. My lifestyle changed a ton and I suddenly didn't have the convenience of an apartment and a homebase and I didn't have the time (because I'm busy traveling, seeing the world, and doing what I love).
This challenged me and my health lifestyle. But I didn't burn out... I learned to simplify my health for one simple goal: Maximize my all-day energy so I can do more of what I love.
