The "Profit First" Model
Have any of you tried (or currently use) the Profit First model of accounting in your coffee shop business? Just finished listening to the audiobook by Kasey Anton "Profit First For Restaurants" and it seems like a game-changer, so I really want to adopt the system. Curious if anyone has tried it.
