At the start of every new year, leaders talk about clarity, confidence, and direction — but those things don’t magically appear in January. I start two months before the year ends, giving myself space to reflect, refine, and realign. My whiteboard becomes my strategy hub — a visual map of what I want to build, who I want to impact, and how I want to lead. (Focus your energy there — leadership begins with agency.) 2️⃣ What decision is required of me, not perfection? (Progress beats paralysis every time.) 3️⃣ How do I need to show up so my team feels steadiness, not fear? (Your presence sets the emotional tone.)
