Hey everyone, I’m almost finished building my web app and plan to release it completely free. With the marketing campaign I have lined up plus some influencer friends in the niche, I’m confident it’ll attract a lot of users. The idea: it’s a fantasy sports newsletter. Each week, users get personalized summaries and AI-generated articles based on the latest game weeks. They’ll be able to view their content on the website with their ID and/or receive it directly as a weekly newsletter once the game week ends. Because it’s so personalized, I’m expecting really strong open rates. I’d love to hear your thoughts: what monetization strategies would you try with this model?
