What To Do:
You donโt need another freebie.
You donโt need 4 more PDFs, 3 more courses, or 12 more tabs open.
You need to use the knowledge youโve already got.
Grab one thing you saved, an idea, a template, a tool and actually do something with it today.
Donโt just scroll for inspiration. Make a move.
How Not to:
Donโt trick yourself into thinking preparation = progress.
It feels productive, sure.
But clarity also comes from application, not accumulation.
Whatโs one resource you already have that youโve been avoiding using?
Reply with it below and commit to using it this week. And because I put my action where my keyboard warrior fingers are - I attached some resources I've sat on but updated this morning after creating this post.
Letโs stop hoarding wisdom and start turning it into action. ๐
This is your gentle reminder that your next breakthrough isnโt sitting in someone elseโs download folder, itโs in your drafts.
The Drama in Your Therapy: "The Scroll Scene" - Rehearse Before You React
Goal: Use role-play and physicality to explore the gap between consuming vs. contributing inside a community (or any space you're in).
๐ฃ Step-by-Step (Do this alone in a quiet space)
1. Set the Stage: Stand in your space. Imagine a giant scroll in your handsโitโs your feed, your community, your inbox of โshoulds.โ
2. Play ๐๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐ค๐ณ๐ฐ๐ญ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ณ.
- Mimic the motion of scrolling.
- React out loud to what you see (this can be exaggerated or whispered):
3. Now become ๐๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ญ๐ช๐ฆ๐ณ.
- Take a breath. Let the scroll disappear.
- Stand like someone who knows they have value.
- Speak one small action aloud, using your voice, gesture, or facial expression
4. Switch roles once more. Go back to The Scroller for 10 seconds, then The Applier again.
Repeat 3x.
๐ชReflection Prompt:
Write or say this out loud:
โWhat do I already know that I keep pretending I need more research for?โ
๐ง Why it Works:
This exercise gets your body involved, not just your brain. It helps you break the passive loop of "collecting" and rehearse your agency without waiting for perfect timing or performance pressure.
