Do your neighbors know you are a Real Estate investor??
I went outside to pick up a Amazon package and my neighbor was walking by. I greeted him and he told me he wants to sell his home, and he has already done some work on it. Set an acquisition appt for this week. This is a lead that literally came to my front door because he knew I was in Real Estate... I would encourage all of you to get to know your neighbors! Does not need to be deep convos, but these are EASY leads just waiting for you!

❄️ Snow days = money days (if you’re smart)
Big snowstorm hitting a lot of the East Coast right now... flights canceled, schools closed, work-from-home everywhere. Weather reports are calling for messy conditions the next few days in a lot of states. Meanwhile… here in the 757 (Virginia)? We barely got touched. A little cold, a little wind... that’s about it. And that’s exactly the point. When the world slows down, opportunity speeds up. Most people are using this time to sleep in, binge Netflix, and “wait until next week.” Closers don’t do that. Right now: - Homeowners are home - Work is canceled or slow - People are scrolling, answering calls, checking texts - Motivation is higher than usual (stress, bills, uncertainty always spike during weather events) This is PRIME time to:📞 Call potential sellers, Follow up with old leads, Study scripts, objections, and deal structures...Tighten your pitch so you sound dangerous on the phone You don’t need perfect conditions! You need quiet streets and distracted competition. While others are snowed in mentally, this is where deals get locked up. Use the time.Stay sharp.Make the calls. The money doesn’t stop because it’s cold. 💰
