Do your neighbors know you are a Real Estate investor??
I went outside to pick up a Amazon package and my neighbor was walking by. I greeted him and he told me he wants to sell his home, and he has already done some work on it. Set an acquisition appt for this week.
This is a lead that literally came to my front door because he knew I was in Real Estate... I would encourage all of you to get to know your neighbors! Does not need to be deep convos, but these are EASY leads just waiting for you!
