Not looking for client drama or personality stories — specifically operational breakdowns like:
  • missing access/logins
  • unclear KPIs
  • impossible launch timelines
  • approval bottlenecks
  • stakeholder confusion
  • fulfillment inheriting chaos after the sale closes
I’m building a governance/audit framework to analyze whether these instability conditions were actually visible before fulfillment labor was committed.
