Ship ICM with your product
Small post. I had an idea that if you create something like software. Like an SDK (software development kit) or plugins for IDE or devkits or API or anything you're going package up that will require some work to get integrated to whomever shipping delivering this for.
Build an ICM that walks them through the setup.
ICM can also supplement what your delivering and not be the only thing you're delivering.
