Live now: building in the open
Most of what I ship gets shown finished. The wrong turns never make the cut.
Right now they do. I am streaming the build live, and the stream is the part I usually edit out.
Call it building in the open. The retries, the moments Claude and I disagree, the method as it actually runs instead of the polished write-up afterwards.
The system around the AI is the intelligence. Watching it run live is the only honest documentation of how that actually works.
