Claude code "xhigh" effort now? (Claude code changes)

So I've seen SO many posts and comments about the output of Claude getting worse. I feel like Opus 4.7 has this option to combat that now and yes "xhigh" is the default now. It's a barrier between Max and High as Claude stated.

They've also added a new "UltraReview" option, so if you've been working on a SaaS and you're on the 5th 4 AM night trying to fix your system, you can use this to basically review the entire code base and fix the issues, I haven't used this yet and nor do I need to but if anyone does, give us a review in the comments for the others to know.
