One of the most common things I hear from women in business is:
“I’m making money so why does it still feel like I don’t have any?”
If you’ve ever looked at your bank account and wondered where it all went, you’re not alone.
The problem usually isn’t that you’re “bad with money.” It’s that no one ever taught us how to manage cash flow on purpose.
Money comes in.
Bills get paid.
A few things get bought because they seem necessary.
And before long, the account balance is lower than expected and you’re left wondering what happened.
That’s not a discipline problem.That’s a lack of a money system.
Because making money and keeping money are two very different skills.
What changes everything is having a simple plan for your money before it gets spent.
That’s what I call a Money Map, a way to tell your dollars where to go so you know what’s for taxes, what’s for savings, what’s for bills, what’s for debt, and what’s actually safe to spend.
And the wild part? Most women who finally map it out uncover money leaks they didn’t even realize were happening.
Curious, have you ever had a month where the money came in, but you still had no clue where it went?
