For some of you it’s Christmas Day, for others Boxing Day — either way, it feels like that soft in-between space where the noise drops and the year gently exhales.
As I look toward the year ahead, one thing feels clearer than ever:
I’m not interested in building bigger for the sake of it.
I’m interested in building better.
Better pace.
Better boundaries.
Better spaces where people feel safe enough to show up as they are — not as who they think they should be.
This past year reminded me that community isn’t about constant posting, perfect positioning, or always having the right words.
It’s about trust.
It’s about listening.
And sometimes, it’s about having the courage to name the thing that hasn’t been said yet.
Next year, my intention is simple:
• more depth, less noise
• more honesty, less performance
• more room for the human behind the business
If you’re heading into the new year wanting to build something that feels sustainable, nourishing, and real — not just impressive on paper — you’re not alone.
So I’ll leave this here, gently…
What quiet or soft realisation are you taking into your community in 2026? 💛
