(Premium & VIP Members) I want to run something by you before making any decisions, because your membership and trust matter to me. I’m considering making the yarn review videos public and I want to explain why — and also share what I’m thinking of offering in return for our paid members. Here’s what’s behind the idea: • Making the yarn reviews public would help bring more traffic to my YouTube channel, which in turn brings more people into our community and helps us reach our growth goals. • A lot of the yarn I am reviewing has been generously donated by @Julie Findleton and Lion Brand Yarns, and I don’t feel right putting something behind a paywall that was given to me. • The people who often need yarn guidance the most are beginners — many of whom aren’t ready for membership yet and could benefit greatly from this information. That said, I never want paid members to feel like they’re losing value. So here’s what I’m considering as a trade: 👉 If yarn reviews become public, Premium & VIP members would receive an extra pattern each month, exclusively for paid members. Before moving forward, I really want to know how you feel. • Would this feel fair to you? • Would the extra pattern feel like a good exchange? • Do you have another idea you’d prefer instead?
