….use the plug that came with your Caydo Icord Pro.
I’d moved the machine around and left the proper plug downstairs when I went to the craft room. I thought I would use the charger plug and cord that I use to charge the iPad as it’s for the same usb C thingy on it. I started the Caydo going an d it started making a popping noise. I let it run for a bit but the popping didn’t stop, so I listened 👂 carefully and realised it was coming from the plug port! 😳😳😳 I switched it off and started it again and the popping started again. So I thought it might be a problem with the charging cord I was using so I went off to find its proper plug. I plugged the iPad into the other plug to see if it was ok and it started charging. Plugged the proper cord into the Caydo and away she went… no popping noise and she’s chugging out pretty pink cord as we speak.
So please use the proper plugs for your machines… could save you a lot of money in the long run.
