A finished bag .....
It's the same as I made a few weeks ago on my 48 pin Sentro except this is done on my smaller machine. I finished the top with a few rows of crochet to give a neater edge and a bit of contrast colour.
Crochet chains plaited to form the straps. I've threaded a crochet chain through the top to act as a closure. I added sequin trim and some pompoms.
The tutorial I followed on YouTube for a round bag is by
Crafty Turtle Crochet and Knitting Machines. I changed a few things like adding 2 straps and the crochet chain to make it a drawstring bag.
I made one of these that had a few tucked stitches which I've kept for myself, it made a great toiletry bag when I was away last weekend.
