This is pretty but very thin icord from one random ball of sparkly cotton I had. The sweatshirt neckline was too restrictive and it just wouldn't sit right. I cut off the band and hand stitched some of the cord around the cut edge. I love the way it adds a bit more colour ☺️ I'm also going to use some to tie together bundles of gift/junk journal tags I have listed on Etsy 😁

The hat I did last week. I just finished the Loop Scarf today, after restarting it 3 times... lol Yarn: Hobby Lobby's "I Love This Yarn" 100% acrylic, [4 weight] Color: Moody Mosaic

I picked up this yarn in a charity shop when I was away. It's made a gorgeous set, very soft and squishy but lovely and warm ☺️ Hat, cowl and fingerless gloves 😁 I was a bit worried about using it as it varys in thickness and it has lots of different strands so has a tendency to split. I neednt have worried though as the Caydo coped with it beautifully ☺️ I was also given a 400g ball of aran with wool and that knits up lovely. I'll make a hat and cowl in that as well.

Why can’t every skein be a center pull skein? Or why can’t they just sell them as cakes? It gets so frustrating trying to find the tail so it’s easier to wind into cakes.
