Happy Birthday Mogene C. 🥳 is happening in 31 days
Friday wins!
Sometimes your biggest win isn’t something everyone else can see. Maybe your win this week was: • Staying calm instead of reacting • Taking care of your mental health • Setting a boundary • Spending time with God • Getting through a hard day without shutting down Those things matter. Healing is built in the small choices nobody applauds. 📖 “Do not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time you will reap a harvest if you do not give up.” — Bible Galatians 6:9 God sees every quiet victory you’ve had this week. You may not be where you want to be yet, but you are not where you used to be either. Keep showing up for your healing. Keep trusting God one day at a time. 👇 What’s one win you had this week — big or small?

Shift your focus…
Sometimes when we’re healing, it’s easy to focus only on what still hurts. But gratitude helps gently shift our focus back to what God is still doing, even in the middle of the process. Healing may not always feel fast, but every small step matters. The fact that you’re still showing up, still praying, still trusting God little by little — that matters more than you realize. 📖 “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” — Bible 1 Thessalonians 5:18 Gratitude doesn’t mean pretending everything is perfect. It means choosing to recognize God’s goodness while healing is still unfolding. 💛 Today’s Gratitude Practice: Pause for a moment and thank God for 3 small things today — even if they seem simple. A deep breath. A peaceful moment. A supportive friend. A reminder from scripture. A little more strength than yesterday. Small gratitude moments help calm the nervous system and reconnect us to hope. 🌿 👇 Share one thing you’re thankful for today.

Immerse yourself in scripture 🙏🏻❤️✝️
Healing doesn’t always happen in one big breakthrough moment. Sometimes healing looks like choosing to return to God’s truth over and over again when your emotions feel loud, your thoughts feel overwhelming, or your heart feels tired. One of the most powerful healing tools is slowing down long enough to let your nervous system feel safe in the presence of God. Instead of immediately reacting to fear, anxiety, or overthinking today, pause and breathe deeply for a few moments while speaking God’s truth out loud. Your body listens to the words you repeat. 📖 “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” — Bible Romans 12:2 Renewing your mind is not just spiritual — it impacts your emotional and mental healing too. The more you meditate on truth, the more your mind and body begin to come out of survival mode and into peace. 💛 Healing Tip:Put one scripture somewhere visible today — your mirror, phone background, car dashboard, or notebook. Every time anxiety or negative thoughts rise up, read it out loud slowly and intentionally. Try this one:“God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7 You are not behind in your healing. God is still working, even in the slow moments. 🌿 👇 What scripture has been encouraging you lately? Share it below so we can encourage one another.
Monday check in ✅
Before we do anything else this week… let’s pause... How is your nervous system today? Are you: • Calm • Anxious • Overwhelmed • Numb • Irritated • Hopeful No fixing. No judging. Just noticing. Trauma healing starts with awareness. God cannot heal what we keep hiding — even from ourselves. “Search me, O God, and know my heart…” – Psalm 139:23 Take 60 seconds right now: Place your hand on your chest. Take one slow breath in. Whisper, “Lord, I give You what I’m carrying.” Drop one word below that describes how you’re feeling today. Let’s carry this week together 🫶
