Healing begins with TRUTH 🌱 One reason healing can feel difficult is because many of us have believed lies for so long that they feel like truth. Maybe you’ve believed:• I’m not enough.• I’ll never change.• Something is wrong with me.• I have to earn love. But God’s Word tells a different story. His truth has the power to renew your mind and transform your life! 👏 “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” — Romans 12:2 Healing isn’t just about feeling better. It’s about replacing old beliefs with God’s truth. Triggers 😵‍💫
🌿 Tuesday Healing Tip: Pay Attention to What Triggers You 🌿 One of the biggest mistakes we make in healing is trying to avoid our triggers instead of learning from them. A trigger is often a clue, not a punishment. It can reveal an area where your heart still needs God’s truth, comfort, and healing. ❤️‍🩹 The next time you feel overwhelmed, anxious, rejected, or frustrated, pause and ask yourself: 💭 “What is this situation making me believe about myself, others, or God?” Awareness is the first step toward healing. You can’t surrender to God what you aren’t willing to acknowledge! �“Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts.” — Psalm 139:23 ✨ Healing Tip: Instead of reacting immediately to a trigger, take a few slow breaths, invite God into the moment, and get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface. Ask Him to reveal the root and replace lies with His truth. Remember, healing isn’t about never getting triggered again. Sometimes we think we’re failing because we’re anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally reactive. But often, what you’re experiencing isn’t failure—it’s a nervous system that’s been carrying too much for too long. 💔 Healing begins when you stop judging your reactions and start getting curious about them. God isn’t disappointed in your healing journey. He is walking with you through it. “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28 ✨ Healing Tip: The next time you feel triggered, pause and ask yourself: “What is this reaction trying to tell me?” Awareness is often the first step toward healing. Rest is Holy 🙏🏻
Friend, when was the last time you truly rested without feeling guilty? 😣 Many of us have been conditioned to believe our worth comes from productivity. But healing often happens when we slow down enough to receive what God is trying to give us! “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28 Take 10 minutes today to sit quietly with God. No agenda. No fixing. Just rest in His presence. 🫶🏻 Encouragement: You don’t have to earn rest. Jesus already invites you into it. 🙏🏻 💬 What is one way you can intentionally rest today?
