Today’s scripture:
📖 Romans 8:11
“The Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you.”
That same Spirit lives inside your traumatized body.
Inside your anxious mind.
Inside your overwhelmed heart.
You are not trying to heal alone.
When your body feels stuck in survival mode, pray:
“Holy Spirit, bring life back to the places in me that feel shut down.”
