Today’s tool: The 4-7-8 Breath
• Inhale for 4
• Hold for 7
• Exhale slowly for 8
Repeat 4 times.
This tells your body: “I am safe.”
Then say:
“God, You are my refuge and strength.” (Psalm 46:1)
Regulation first. Revelation second.
Your body has to feel safe before your mind can renew.
Try this today and comment “done” when you do 💛
