Welcome to the CSCarpentry Skool community! Start here! 🎣Step 1: Introduce yourself. Introduce yourself to the community by commenting below this post. πŸ‘‡ Let us know who you are, where you're from, and what you do. Share a recent hunting, fishing, camping, or woodworking experience. 🏹Step 2: Level up. Leveling up unlocks benefits in the classroom. Everyone starts at level 1, and level 2 unlocks the first benefits. Level 2 is the easiest to achieve, and can be attained very quickly by simply commenting on group posts and conversing with members. πŸ•οΈStep 3: Get the Skool app. The sooner you download it, the better you will be able to keep up with everything happening here on Skool. This is key to getting the most out of this amazing platform. πŸ”₯Step 4: Enjoy, learn, teach, and share! What's unique about Skool? Pretty much everyone here is here to learn and teach. That's what's awesome about this space, and the only way that it works is with active participation.

Product Photography Setup
πŸ“Έ My current setup for taking product photos for the website, etc. entails a single sheet of melamine slid on top of the tablesaw. Pros: - Convenient enough, and usually not time consuming - Consistent - Large enough for most products - That perfect white background for clearly showing the product (required for selling on certain platforms, such as Amazon) Cons: - Sometimes takes a bit of effort to get out from behind other plywood - Heavy - Reliant on the shop lighting or requires extra lights to be brought in, cluttering the shop - Not quite large enough for the largest products, in which case I have to get creative with vertical white sheets in order to maintain the consistent white background beyond the ends of the melamine ❓Do you have a unique process for photographing your creations?
