For one mine is to make it my Goal to help and work along other likeminded educators. Sharing their Creativity and get the recognition they deserve as you are worth it and you’re doing an amazing job. Keep going 🌼 Second, I want to learn to time-manage with my work life, private life and my study life as I have just enrolled in to my Bachelors. Third, I am 9 months postpartum and I am ready to work on myself as I’ve convinced myself “It’s okay, I’ve had a baby” and I’ve heard it from others but I’m choosing to get healthier for my children. “ What are your 3 Goals for the New Year? “ I’m all here for it and the growth of seeing a strong lady and man grow within our community.

I’ve noticed a pattern in the Early Childhood Education. - Lack of Resources and denied to buy new resources from the company. How can we prosper and grow with the kids with low resources? - Teamwork - Favouritism within the centre by management to certain staff or staff having their own groups that may cause conflict. How can we have a positive workplace and enjoy coming if there is bullying within the centre? - Extra Inclusion for our children with extra needs. It saddens me when I am unable to help a child who clearly needs more support and I have tried my best to research and buy resources from my own money to cater to these amazing children. How can we cater to these children if we are denied extra support which puts a risk at burning out faster?
