When will it be a good time to grow within the Industry that doesn’t appreciate your Goals?
I’ve noticed a pattern in the Early Childhood Education.
- Lack of Resources and denied to buy new resources from the company. How can we prosper and grow with the kids with low resources?
- Teamwork - Favouritism within the centre by management to certain staff or staff having their own groups that may cause conflict. How can we have a positive workplace and enjoy coming if there is bullying within the centre?
- Extra Inclusion for our children with extra needs. It saddens me when I am unable to help a child who clearly needs more support and I have tried my best to research and buy resources from my own money to cater to these amazing children. How can we cater to these children if we are denied extra support which puts a risk at burning out faster?
