Today’s class is a dance class, not a desk class. We are focusing on body waves and how to smoothly connect each part of the body while maintaining control, flow, and timing.
Pay attention to:
Initiation of the wave (where it starts)
Smooth transitions through the chest, ribs, and hips
Keeping the movement fluid, not forced or tense
