Sometimes the Setup Looks Like a Setback
Entrepreneurship will humble you and motivate you at the same time.
Today, I received notice that I was not selected for a contract I bid on. But instead of being discouraged, I found myself encouraged.
Why?
Because my business was reviewed. My proposal was considered. My company was competing for an opportunity that many small businesses never pursue.
Every bid teaches me something. Every opportunity helps me grow. Every "not this time" gets me closer to a "yes."
And the funny thing is... while I was reading that letter, I was reminded that sometimes God has a different win waiting around the corner.
