Trust?
Hi All,
Anyone got the low down on the 'trust' case in Ireland involving Charles Allen and another two people?
The Rodolphus Allen Family Trust: Summary of Legal and Public Scrutiny in Ireland
I. Judicial and Legislative Condemnation
The High Court of Ireland: The activities of the Trust were publicly described as "legal nonsense" by a High Court judge.
Dáil Éireann (Irish Parliament): The Trust, which purported to be an effective property trust operating in Ireland, was heavily criticised as a "massive fraud and a scam" and for engaging in "predatory behaviour on vulnerable debtors."
It has just been flagged to me by someone who is a trust unbeliever.
