Summary warrant & bank arrestment Scotland

Hi, was just wondering if anyone has had success with reversing a schedule of arrestment bank freeze in Scotland, the copies of the summary warrant I have obtained on mention the name & address on the supposed petition to court (no date of birth) and no proof it was actually sent, the digital printed sheriff signature has no court stamp or proof attached to it, also the schedule of arrestment says it was granted in the name of the "town" i live in and not the "town sheriff court", surely the court would need to be mentioned. Any help be appreciated
