SAR 1 to parking charge debt recovery

i am just doing my SAR1 and i have noticed there was not a space to fill in the dca's reference number. i would think this would be more helpful identifyinh where they have exactly gone wrong so i think i will add that. Does anyone elso have an opinion on that? Also should we do our own refence number as well? This is for people who may have a common name so to speak or people who have been affected by multiple charges from the same companies but on different dates.
