Pra group result
Well I feel I had a great day in county court today vs pra group, they were adamant that they only needed a notice of assignment, I was adamant they needed a legally executed deed of assignment, the judge sided with me and they have 28 days to send myself and the court a redacted one and they have to bring an un redacted one for him to see at the final hearing. Massive thank you for your slide show and video ‘can you beat debt collectors in court’ it seems to have worked. Just need to brush up on legally executed so I can challenge a spread sheet !
